I dont care how nice it looks to you, or if it has a washer. The landlord/ managemnt barely respond. There are mice . They never fixed our heat. Paying too much for nothing. and u live on top of a bar next to the M train passing by your window .....

It was a decent apartment
Pros
Great location. Close to parks the train and lots of food options around.
Cons
The apartment had poor lighting. Lots of noise from the M train passing by. And when I lived there there was a bar below. The subwoofer was under one of the rooms so you wouldn’t be able to fall asleep most nights till 2am or 4am when the bar closed or lowered the music. Management was slow to respond and turnover was always high. Apart from that it was a nice place.
