Decent apt horrible landlord

Quiet only 1 neighbor
Cons
Landlord will only issue short lease and then will make up stories about family moving in so they can displace the renter. Found out from next door neighbor he has been doing this for years. Does not speak English. House is old rundown and needing major updates
