it does the job
Pros
the trash is taken care of, neighbors keep to themselves, and it’s in a great area. other than that it’s your standard shitty nyc apartment building
Cons
the entire building is not level, there are mice and bugs in the walls and drains, the hallway is nasty, and the garbage man is rude and discriminatory

-Heated water for only limited time -Unable to control heat levels during winter -Very high con-ed bill compared to other buildings
