Horrible place to live

Cons
Old building with no maintenance, no ring bell, old heat systems that didn't work, still we paid hundreds a month for heating. A lot of noise from the street and the train entrance. The flooring is old and cracking.
Advice to the owners
Invest in your property and be honest
