Nice neighborhood, apartment is overall fine
Cons
In the last year, heat was out for a couple days and hot water out for a few days. Can hear everything happening in the building, super thin walls/ceilings

Good neighbors, great neighborhood, unresponsive management
Pros
Cheap rent for the area, great location, decent appliances in unit
Cons
Small apartments, takes too long for anything to get fixed, lots of patchwork in the apartments that has to be redone regularly
Advice to the owners
Add laundry to the building, fix the plumbing issues
