The land lord is racist bigoted. Barges inside the house if you don’t open the door within the first 2 knocks. He doesn’t fix anything even though he sees the water damage. The neighbors are rude they make so much noise. They are dirty they like to complain to the landlord about things that you didn’t do. The mother screams all the time like she owns the building. Roaches are everywhere including big ones that fly Do yourself a huge favor and don’t live here. You will regret it as soon as you get there in the first day. Find something else. You work too hard for your money!
Advice to the owners
Stop opening the door and coming at random times. Fix things that are broken. Stop saying racist remarks they are not funny. Don’t curse at your tenants about petty things. Don’t touch people’s stuff inside there house. If you knock and someone doesn’t answer call there phone number not open the door they pay you for the apartment not for your company. Stay out of the house.
