An okay experience
Pros
Despite being above a crowns fried chicken, no rodents and landlord is responsive in terms of repairs. Apartments are also spacious
Cons
There are Roaches and the big ones too. In the hallways and apartments. The hallways and stairwell are extremely dirty. Ceiling leaked from rain and water pressure not great.
Advice to the owners
Renovate the building
