horrible, awful and sad

cozy, warm & historic.
Cons
Super doesn’t do his job to fix things wrong in the building he listens to tenants through their front door. Never around you need him and he always complains when you ask him to fix anything.
Advice to the owners
Get a new super ASAP!!
