Great super but apt was a sauna
Pros
The super new super is amazing- him and his father are both very sweet and responsible human beings. They tried their best with a sucky building and management
Cons
My roommate and I left during COVID and our apartment was legitimately filled with mouse dropping. They never stopped visiting after we got back. We also had roaches. And it got SO hot in our apartment we had to have our AC on year round. We begged for it to be turned off- I never slept well in that apartment though bc it was so hot.
Advice to the owners
Fix the heat, fix the pest control. Once a month exterminator did nothing
