The super is rude, never fixes anything, and is aggressive

Pros
Neighborhood is very nice. The building is rent stabilized.
Cons
The trash stinks and causes major issues in hall way. The front door is often unlocked. The apartments are not well maintained. We went many weeks sometimes without heat or hot water. The building is noisy.
Advice to the owners
Get the trash out of the hall way. Take care of the rodents. Fix and maintain apartments.
