Nice on the outside but just average inside
Pros
No one uses the gym so it’s always free to use Apartments look pretty decent Bathrooms look nice
Cons
Owners are non responsive to issues like broken washing machines Some weights have been stolen from the gym and the management company doesn’t care Doors are paper thin Walls are paper thin Some neighbors are very dirty leading to roaches
Advice to the owners
Take care of the small things and try to find solutions for things as opposed to sitting back and doing nothing
