Great place to live
Pros
- Responsive, flexible management - Clean, never saw roaches or mice - Building is well cared for - Never raised the rent - Decreased rent (slightly) during COVID
Cons
- Only con I can think of is that the building has a beautiful roof that we were only allowed to use on July 4th
