Better Value Out There
Pros
Nice Super, a lot of space for NYC, good location, not the cheapest not the most expensive
Cons
Elevator issue is real, Receptionist in office is rude, Neighbors leave trash on sidewalks, Management is NOT responsive to real issues
Advice to the owners
A little bit of effort goes a long way, realize your competition and adjust accordingly
