Apartment bedrooms are spacious, lots of light - especially if you're in a South facing unit. Nice closet space.
Tiny kitchens in the two bedrooms
High ceilings, spaciousness, lots of windows, very minimal noise
Owners responsiveness, battling with rodents and loosing that battle. Lost my sleep completely over this
