Decent Apartment with nearby landlord
Pros
Landlord will leave you alone generally. The place was clean when we moved in but you're expected to maintain it yourself
Cons
Landlord was slow to do repairs on some external fixtures. No garbage pails outside so trash was a small issue.
Advice to the owners
Setup some bins on the outside but nothing else really.
