Anh Test Classic Village Apartment in a Prime Location
Pros
You can’t beat the location—right in the heart of Greenwich Village, surrounded by amazing cafes, shops, and nightlife. The apartment has that classic NYC charm with exposed brick and high ceilings. Plus, public transit is super close, making it easy to get around the city.
Cons
The building is older, so expect some quirks like creaky floors and occasional maintenance issues. The apartment can feel a bit cramped, especially for the rent price, but that’s typical for the area. Noise from nearby bars and restaurants can also be noticeable, especially on weekends.

Cons
Where do I begin… the place hasn’t been updated since the 80s. The management don’t give a shit about you and will happy let you wait for essentials like having the ability to cook/heating for months. There are cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs in the building. They do pest control and seem to take it some sort of seriously but doesn’t stop the mice from coming back. I think I had 15 dead mice in total in the apartment. Oh the reason why I called the title the slaughter house is for two reason - the inside somehow reminds me of a slaughterhouse (tiled bedroom) and the slaughter of all the mice. Don’t recommend moving here 🌚
Advice to the owners
Maybe just give up property management? Clearly not for you.
