Nice for my first NYC apartment
Pros
I had a very good experience here, especially when requesting maintenance from the building’s super, who was always kind and responsive. The building’s location is super within a few minute walk to the 72 express train, Trader Joe’s and other grocery stores, a gym, Central Park, Riverside, and really close to generally anything on the UWS
Cons
A/C and heating is difficult to handle - it’s all electric with one bedroom and one living room unit. I recommend using window insulation to keep outside air out

Unresponsive management & mice

Reasonable rent, friendly super

Mice in and around the building, management unresponsive in helping fix the issue
