Nice building, cheap management
Pros
Kind super, good trash management, generally clean. Not noisy, safe.
Cons
Very over heated. Lots of things that could be fixed up around the building, although they are usable. Repairs (leaks, cracks, tiles) will be made cheaply. Building management also has a very corporate attitude and not the warmest.
Advice to the owners
put a bit more money into repairs and understand that your renters are people!
