Pros
- mostly quiet, tree-lined street - mostly functional laundry room with virtual payment (occasional breakdowns) - spacious, pretty units with pre-war details - responsiveness to complaints of disrepair
Cons
- packages get stolen from the vestibule easily - occasional mice and roaches (management-provided extermination services worked for roaches, but not for mice - had to bring in my own company for $300) - management has Big Corporation Energy - no flexibility with late payments or lease extensions, etc. - EXPENSIVE: 3k+ for a studio with no dishwasher, washer/dryer, elevator, doorman, etc.

The third bedrrom in 3A is more of an office, can get extremely hot, lot of mice especially in the winter
