Not terrible , not great
Pros
Quite building. Very nice people. No pests. The
Cons
Never turns on the heat at all , makes tenants purchase portable heaters. If anything breaks , even if it was messed up before you move in , you’re expected to pay for the repairs yourself. If you make any noise or have guest over the landlord will complain.
