Cons
You are sacrificing a lot of space in your bedroom to include a bathroom. A 4 bedroom is fine with 2 bathrooms. No need for one in each room, if it means having a teeny, oddly shaped room.
Advice to the owners
He is disrespectful, unclean, foul, and unresponsive. If your roommates attack or threaten you, he will not respond. I have called the police on my roommates multiple times and made reports. He still permitted them to stay. He disregards a hostile environment. Only cares about money.

Cons
Very cheaply made. Everything in this building is cheap. The electric bill is so high you can barely use the washer and drier. Landlord could care less if you live or die. He will not respond unless the building is on fire. He doesn’t even respond to the city for his violations. The walls are very thin. You will be thrown into this building with literally anyone. You won’t be notified when people move in or out of your unit.
Advice to the owners
Stop being such a jerk to the people that pay you every month.
