My Experience Living in 511. E. 81st
Pros
Wanted to share my experience living in the neighborhood/building. The neighborhood is fantastic and gives you the most "home-y" feeling that I've felt throughout New York.
Cons
However, this experience is quickly shattered by living in this building; I've lived in this building for 2 years and have never had a worse landlord. Beware.

Not worth it
Pros
- The neighborhood is nice
Cons
- Heat is not always turned on in the winter (bring a space heater) - The super is rude, expect him to have random yelling fits - Stairwell often smells of cannabis despite the building being "smoke free"
