Aggressive rent increases and mediocre super
Pros
The apartments themselves are wonderful, the street is the loveliest in New York, and it’s super convenient for subways
Cons
Management company is the worst, steep rent increases, super is subpar

Location is great, building kept clean, super is amazing, laundry room in building, recently renovated
Cons
Thin ceilings, noisy neighbors, sound carries in the hallways/stairway
