Pros
This is mostly studio and one bedroom: neighbors are mostly young couples. The building management is very reactive and the super super efficient. There is a gym and a nice rooftop
Cons
Wifi at the gym or in the lounge doesn’t work well. There is no in unit washing machine
Advice to the owners
Improve wifi. Offer in unit laundry
