Nice building with decent amenities, but not a whole lot going on nearby

Responsive management, proactive pest control measures, easy street parking, modern finishes, decent gym
Cons
Not a lot to do in the area, draconian rooftop rules (no dancing, guests, or alcohol allowed?)
