Good location, good amenities
Pros
Front desk is super helpful, maintenance is pretty good, gym is nice, location is very convenient
Cons
Utility charges are very weird. Bulk billing but the electricity, gas, and heat come out to a lot. Water is not included
Advice to the owners
Year by year rent increase is way too high

Noise level from street/surrounding area, small space for price, back paid electricity bills
