Apartments are nice, Building needs some work
Pros
Located on a quiet block and not far from shops Nice spacious rooms and apartment itself, lots of storage and counterspace Units seem well maintained
Cons
Public amenities (ie trash, laundry, elevator) aren't well maintained Stairwells are dirty Front door usually is locked with keypad entry but is broken more often than not
Advice to the owners
Invest more in maintaining the building itself

Close to trains, Prospect Park.
Cons
The heat is unbearable at times. We can control the heat so it can be 55 outside but the heat is turned off full blast. Also elevator goes down once every two months and consistently slams when closing.
Advice to the owners
Be smart about how you manage the heat in the building. With climate change weather patterns are not the same as in the past. I shouldn’t be wearing tank tops and shorts in the middle of winter because it’s 55 outside but the heat is full blast in my apartment.
