Lived here for a while because it was affordable, but not pleasent
Pros
Location: close to the 45th St R train station, laundry up the avenue, walking distance to Costco
Cons
Problem with pests (mice infestation, occasional roaches), loud highway sounds or your view is terrible (the internal of the apartment building), pieces of the apartment were falling apart (flooring, ceilings), management required some nudging for anything to get fixed. I do not think back to my days living here fondly.

Cons
Mouse infestation Management doesn’t care about the apartments as long as they are getting paid Allows sex offenders to live in buildings
Advice to the owners
Make sure your apartments are mice free
