Great Apartment in Ok Building
Pros
Small size, nice neighborhood, very responsive landlord and super
Cons
noise between apartments isn't always the best, while apartments are maintained well enough, the building lacks some general upgrades/care.

Not bad, pretty good
Pros
Not a bad building. Pretty well maintained and clean. Live in super is friendly. No pests (in my experience). Neighbors aren’t loud or disturbing (in my experience). Overall a pleasant experience.
Cons
Can be noisy but it’s midtown, as expected. And also next to a school. Water pressure could be better.
