great staff, location. unhelpful mgmt company
Pros
live-in super is very responsive and helpful, as are the doormen - i feel safe and comfortable in the building
Cons
gross laundry room though machines usually do work. sports bar opened downstairs and has pounding music (audible through walls several floors up)

Solid building but old & increasingly expensive for the quality
Pros
Super and maintanence are responsive. Great doorman, central air so can control apartment temp, great location. Lived here for 2 years (moving now because my apartment doesn’t get light + want to move to less busy area)
Cons
Roof is closed a lot, old/outdated appliances/hallways, mice &roaches in the basement which is where all the laundry machines are so it’s not pleasant doing laundry during mice hours
