Classic NY landlord
Pros
Landlord is super fun and went out of his way for me numerous times. He is pretty old school and can be tough to reach but if you're on his good side you'll have no problems.
Cons
It's old and can get very hot.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to tenants!
