Not the best walk up
Pros
Super was very nice and responsive. No pests at all (rare for NYC)
Cons
Management company was terrible to work with and at one point the online rent processing company they used actually withdrew double rent for renters.
Advice to the owners
Work with your tenants rather than act like a simple question is an inconvenience to you.

Decent place to live
Pros
Elevator in building. Relatively new washer and dryers. The units are nice.
Cons
The balconies are facing inward and are super gross. There's a homeless dude who literally sits on the stoop of the building four months a year.
