Landlord and neighbors are super nice, perfect spot for families
Cons
Roaches, mice, etc No roof access Hallways and entryways are always nasty and smell like cigar smoke

Rats, Mice, Waterbugs, Drug Dealers, Worst Postal Service Ever, Terrible Super
Advice to the owners
All these cons need to be fixed ASAP
