Decent Place but Noisy
Pros
Great super, awesome area in the city.
Cons
Lots of rodent problems throughout the building. Owner is non-responsive, heat and hot water is constantly out, and numerous HPD complaints and violations are filed weekly.

Unresponsive Management -No heat and hot water for 3 days due to “ordering a part” - Sued tenants -Con Ed sent mail that building electricity has not been paid for a while - management filed for bankruptcy - Walk Up
