Good overall! 8/10

Pros

Quiet street close to CP and restaurants. No issues sleeping at all. Great space. The management was responsive and helped me when I needed to move out quickly due to COVID. Everyone was very nice.

Cons

My neighbors next door to me were very loud with 3 children that’s screamed. That being said it only happened at certain parts of the day. I never heard my upstairs neighbors which is so rare. Overall it was a good experience. That’s my only con.

Decent for a walk up building

Pros

good location, decent condition all things considered

Cons

Had several times during the past year without hot water in the morning There are some modify neighbors, but it is it all the time.

The walls can be better maintained and cleaner
