Pros
A short flight of stairs will get you to the apartment. The apartment is quite spacious for New York. It’s in a location with fantastic subway access.
Cons
Our utility bills would be insanely high, in the winters there was a month where it almost reached $1000. When there was heavy rain there would be multiple areas where water would leak through from the ceiling.
Advice to the owners
Fix roof issues and figure out why utility bills are so high.
