Above average housing
Pros
Grounds crew maintains the property very well. Sidewalk and lawns are frequently tended too. Safety is above average Access to laundry facilities has improved
Cons
Communication is abysmal Construction is out of control Constant construction has increased pest concerns
Advice to the owners
Increase communication regarding loud work being done in an around buildings. Increase pest control in sub level areas.

A place to live
Pros
There’s laundry in the building.
Cons
Had various pests throughout the years— from mice to flying ants coming out of the shower head. The pest control seems adequate, it’s just that we had various pests. That was about 5 years ago. Not sure if it’s changed. Every neighbor is different. Building is relatively clean.
