Simple, but great modern building
Pros
Clean, well-kept, nice apartment layouts, some units have a balcony or patio facing a courtyard which is beautiful and quiet. Street facing apartments might be a little louder, but I was in a back unit.
Cons
Briefly above a night club/bar which led to noise issues. Bar has since closed down.
Advice to the owners
None, great building!

- responsive management - pest control monthly - super who can help with hanging things - in unit W/D

- The units are small - no amenities
