Nice apartments
Pros
Building clean, owner very Flexible on rent
Cons
1st floor tenant (older couple) thinks he owns the building so he will complain about everything and anybody who moves in which makes it uncomfortable to even walk around your own apartment
Advice to the owners
Get those 1st floor tenants out
