Overall great apartment
Pros
Great location, good neighbors, large apartments
Cons
Could sometimes hear upstairs neighbors and fire trucks (station on next street over); this didn’t bug me all that much but if you need absolute quiet this probably isn’t the apartment for you

Cute apartment but management is horrible

Nice modern apartment close to train stations in great location in ues
Cons
Management horrible. They are very rude. Took 3 months security deposit from me because I was foreign at the time I didn’t know that was illegal. For breaking the lease and finding a new tenant at no loss to them they charged me 2 month rent as a fee. The heating is out of control and can’t control.
Advice to the owners
Be kinder to the tenants and more understanding or bad situations.
