All the tenants are respectful and quiet
Cons
Owner is unresponsive. I had no heat all winter long and I’ve always paid my rent and been a polite tenant. The main hallway areas and stairs are severely dirty. Human feces was left for 1 week in front of waste disposal bins. Superintendent cannot repair anything and gives you an attitude if he’s requested. They never do any annual maintenance services. Sometimes the front door is broken
