Review of 1st fl Studio
Pros
Nice kitchen for a small studio. It's on the first floor, so no going up stairs.
Cons
Mice. So many mice. There are several holes that were patched up...but they get in eventually months later. Behind the stove. From the closet.
Advice to the owners
None. He's actually great. Just would like those holes fixed up well.
