Always cold. Filled with roaches

Cons
Don’t give sufficient heat during cold days. No exterminator to deal with pest problems. Pigeon poop in front of the building. Landlord constantly smoke weed in front of the building.

Don’t buy a building if you don’t know how to maintain it
