Overall Good Experience
Pros
Well-located (right across from a grocery store). Neighbors are nice and superintendent is easy to get in touch with. Management also has an online portal for rent payment and other needs.
Cons
The alleyway with recycling and garbage isn't always well-organized, and there were occasional issues with heat. It can also get a little noisy based on where your apartment is located. But super addresses concerns quickly

One word: Mice.
Pros
Rent stabilized, good location.
Cons
I had mice in my unit. The building management told me to wait five weeks until the next scheduled extermination, or otherwise pay for my own exterminator out of pocket.
