Excellent building, staff, and location
Pros
Great location, one block away from the park and near major commerce. The building staff is top notch, and will go out of their way to aid the residents. Finally, the building is very tastefully decorated, with wood paneling in the lobby/elevators and marble entrance floors.
Cons
Building garden is largely unusable - loud AC vents make it too noisy to use in the summer, too cold in the winter. The building’s location on the corner of Columbus Avenue also attracts some noise, mainly ambulances and truck driving down the street.

Nice family friendly and quiet building
Pros
- Great and responsive staff - Neighbors are quiet - courtyard areas are nice for people without terraces
Cons
- The carpet needs to go on each floor! - saw two cockroaches in 2 years
