Excellent super, good building
Pros
Hernan is an excellent super, building is kept clean, central air is good although not super well distributed across the unit
Cons
Fair amount of noise from other tenants

-friendly staff -clean lobby
Cons
-saw decent amount of roaches during my lease, even with exterminator -small kitchen
