First NYC Experience
Pros
- friendly neighbors - low crime, lots of families - convenient travel to the city
Cons
- INFESTED with roaches, extermination only keeps them hidden - stairwells are crumbling and are dirty - tenants often smoke cigarettes in the stairwell
Advice to the owners
If the place was given a deep clean/ mandatory unit inspections then I think the place would feel a lot more like home!

Just moved in
Pros
Pedro (the super) is very responsive which is good. Building is clean but the hallway can use some work. So far its been good
Cons
The intercom is a nightmare. You have to use your phone to let people in and most of the time does not work.
