Okay Place to Live
Pros
Generally quiet. Building is kept clean. Has laundry room
Cons
Noisy ice cream truck in the summer and late night parties and music from other homes in the neighborhood.
Advice to the owners
Clean common area floor with soap and water. Clean mirrors in hallway. Clean wash machines and empty lint from dryer more regularly

Pros
Always clean. Super is very attentive.
Cons
Barely any heat in the winter time.
Advice to the owners
Make rent payments available online. Especially after the pandemic, i believe this is very important.
