Unkept and infested with vermin

Cons
Always infested with either rats or cockroaches. Landlord never fumigates nor does he clean the building. Will get mad if asked to do anything like turn on heat during the winter (invest in blankets). Apartments are falling apart but he will never fix anything, will threaten with eviction. Has two of his sons living in the second floor so be prepared to be harassed by them as well. The outside door is never closed properly by tenants so be prepared to be annoyed by the local crackheads at 4 in the morning while they shake random apartment doors. I live on the third floor and they still manage to hit every apartment in the building. The stress isn’t worth it for the location. Unless this building is torn down and made into a new one it is irreparable beyond belief
