Sturdy, old building - exactly what you'd expect

Laid back management that doesn't care if you use the roof or leave stuff outside the door
Cons
Nothing ever gets fixed, it's impossible to communicate to both landlord and super
Advice to the owners
Make it easier to communicate with them regarding fixes
